Robot operator · Oslo · early registration
Your years on the wall are what the robot can't do.
Painting robots spray the open walls and ceilings. Someone with 5+ years in the trade still has to set them up, read the surface and sign off the finish. We're registering painters in Oslo for the first operator roles, starting early 2027.
Takes 1 minute. No CV. Training before your first site day.
What changes for you
You run the robot's part of the job: set it up, keep it fed, fix what it misses. The painting crew preps ahead of you and finishes behind.
Overhead · robot
Save your shoulders
The robot does the hours of spraying overhead and off ladders. You set it up, read the surface and fix what it misses.
Same film · fewer snags
Less rework at sign-off
The robot lays the same thickness wall to wall, so there's less to fix when the site manager walks the floor.
Training · first
Trained before your first job
You learn the robot on a training site before you run it on a real job.
Your sign-off
The quality is yours
You check the finish with the site manager and sign off each section. The robot doesn't decide when a wall is done.
Easier on the body, not effortless: moving the robot between floors, refilling paint and cleaning down are still part of the job.
How the work is set up
You run the robot. We do everything around it.
Weeks ahead
Planned work. Robot days are booked weeks ahead, so you know where you are next week.
Base days
Your base days, agreed before you start.
Admin · on us
No paperwork. We find the jobs, quote, invoice and carry the insurance.
Paid fast
Paid fast, after every job, on a schedule agreed before you start.
Kit · included
Nothing to buy. The robot, spray kit and transport come with the job.
Direct to site
You deal with the site manager. No coordinator in between.
“Will robots take our jobs?”
Not this one. It can't work without a painter running it.
Every robot we put on a site needs an operator from the trade, and it goes on the big surfaces sites can't find crew for. Prep, corners and the finish stay with painters.
